Art Commission - Terms of Service

Payments

I accept payments via PayPal only. If you live in the Philippines, you may also choose to pay through Maya. Gift cheques, credit, or other forms of payment are not accepted.

  • Payment can be made either in full or split into two or three installments (down payment and balance).

  • Prices can be converted to local currency if you’re based in the Philippines.

  • Payment details will be discussed once the commission is accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available, so please ensure that you’re certain about placing an order before making any payment. Once payment is sent, it is non-refundable.

In rare, extraordinary circumstances where I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen issues, I will offer a full refund. Such cases will be handled on an individual basis and require prior discussion.

Estimated Waiting Time

As a freelance designer and artist, timing for commission completion may vary based on workload.

  • Projects are started in the order of received initial deposits.

  • Commissions typically take 1-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project.

  • Additional elements may extend the waiting time. Details, references, and specifics of your commission will be discussed individually to ensure clarity.

Work-In-Progress (WIPs) and Revisions

I will share Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates during the commission process, typically through discord unless otherwise requested.

  • You may request up to two revisions free of charge.

  • Additional revisions beyond the initial two will incur an extra fee.

Process and Timeline

Here’s how your commission will be processed:

  1. Design Discussion
    - Fill out and submit the commission form.
    - The artist will contact you via email or Discord to finalize the details.
    - Prepare details for discussion, such as:
    - Any additional features (e.g., floating objects, special animations)?
    - Desired emotes (e.g., 💢 angry, 💧 sweat drop, blush, etc.).
Note: Some elements may incur additional costs or longer timelines. Finalize all desired features during this phase.
  2. Payment
    - An invoice will be sent via PayPal after the discussion.
    - Payment can be made in two installments (half upfront and the remaining balance later) or in full.
    - Additional charges (e.g., changes after initial payment) will be invoiced separately or through paypal.me/dnbdesigns
  3. Drawing & Modeling
    - The canvas size will be at least 4000 pixels tall.
    - The model art will be prepared to meet rigging requirements.
Details will be discussed with the client during the design phase.
    - Updates will be shared via Twitch streams or screenshots if the client is unable to watch.
  4. Rigging & Animating
    - No further changes or additional features will be accepted once the model is approved for rigging.
  5. Tracking & Testing
    - Final payment and any additional charges will be due during this phase.
    - The model’s rigging and animations will be fine-tuned and tested for quality assurance.
    - Once approved, the final files will be sent to the client.

Important Notes

  • The rigging program used is Live2D Cubism.
  • If only hired for the art, the model will be delivered as a PSD file suitable for rigging and animation.
  • Additions or changes made after payment will require additional fees and may extend the timeline.
