So, I finished playing Dragon Age 2. I personally think that this game is worth it but I can see how other Dragon Age: Origin players would come off saying that they hated the game.

The game definitely has its limits, the game’s story may come as linear but if you have played it and actually listened to the story the chantry mentioned that the Warden Commander and the Champion are both missing. That ending intrigued me to what will happen next. Aside from that, the fight encounters in the game were more intense than DA:O. I played in normal mode and my companions or my PC still could die if you don’t watch them closely.

There were fights that I had to run around from the enemy for about 5 to 15 minutes because the enemy is too hard to kill.

For those who listened to the other gamers that Dragon Age 2 sucks (heh), you don’t know what you are missing.

    I thought DA2′s story was far more interesting than DA:O’s (and I loved the first game, I’ve played it like 5 times); but I too was a bit disappointed about the linearity (is that even a word? lol Sorry I’m not a native speaker) and the lack of diplomatic options! I was with the mages all the way, and rather open about my support, too, so I was really disappointed when this mage/templar-conspirators attacked me at the wounded coast…

      I could do without the diplomatic option, I think. With the story itself, mages imposing their freedom with any means necessary gives you the option to question yourself and with the circumstances that’s done to your family.
